The facilities were excellent and the hotel gave very good vaue for money. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have the cooking facilities in the room as well as the space around the pool where we could eat and relax in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is an ideal hotel for families.
The electricity went off one evening which caused the card entry system to the rooms to fail. Some people had left their small children in bed and were unable to re-enter their rooms to get to them. We considered this to be unsafe in the event of a fire.

Beautiful place, very pleasant. Available staff. We spent a very good time.
Although they are around 15 bicycles, it isn't enough and several days we had to change our program due to a lack of bicycles. No bicycles for child. In the kitchen it should have more "cooking tools" (knife for vegetables...)

Wonderful place to put your feet up and let your young children play and explore in a safe enclosed location with an excellent pool. The main town is only a short drive and if you were active you have free use of their bikes to explore the 8km circular route around their grounds. We were extremely lucky as there were a few young families as well so there is always a chance your children can make friends and give parents some rest time in their little coffee bar where you can get a drink until 10.00pm at night. Oh and the staff are super friendly.
